WHO IS LISA LENT
This is normally the section where I say how much I love my job, what achievements I have made, how I studied, why I do what I do and so on, and while all those things are super important I have decided that I would rather show more of who I am as a person.
I want this section to be real because as a photographer, I am building my business on it being “real” and it being “me” and what better way than to show it here, so here goes!
* I love cold rainy Sundays, with slow mornings, lots of coffee and comfy PJ’s.
* I love making people smile, I love being goofy and I love it when my clients gasp or cry when they see their finished products.
* I love movies, sitcoms and everything in between…even the occasional reality show.
* I love giving, much more than receiving.
* I love music of all kinds.. there is not a day goes by without some kind of music playing in my home.
* I love laughing, especially to the point of no return.
* I love Vegemite on fresh bread and don’t even get me started on what I think of Tiramisu.
* I cry at TV commercials and I literally cry at every wedding I photograph.
* I am a very proud mum of 2 teenage boys. Who said teenage boys were hard work?
* I have been very happily married for 18 years to the most wonderful man.
* I love it when clients come to me and say they want to do something “different” with their photos. I love being able to be creative every day of my life.
* I love meeting new people and hearing their stories.
* I am a chronic movie and TV quoter.
* I am a little hooked on the 80’s and regularly get told that it was 20+ yrs ago, time to get over it.
* My favourite actors are John Cusack, John Malkovich and George Clooney.

Lisa Lent Photography specialises in wedding, events and portrait photography on the NSW Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Sydney. Her candid approach has become her trademark believing capturing relaxed couples certainly makes for better photographs.

What is your photography style? What kind of Equipment do you use? How many pictures will you take? How long before we see our proofs? Do we get to choose which images are colour or black and white? ...................... What is required to book the date? .................. Will you ever send an associate to photograph our wedding? ................................. What if you have an Emergency or unexpected event and can’t make it to our wedding? Do you have packages? How about products? Do you charge extra for travel? Do you mind if people other than you take photographs during the wedding? .......................... Do we get a disk of high resolution images? ............................. Am I required to feed you at the reception? Yes I do require a meal. Weddings are long and hard work and my body needs a chance to refuel. Most reception venues have meals allocated for photographers or DJ/band. Ask yours about this. |
